We are looking to recruit for the following post;
You will help tenants sustain their tenancies and improve their well-being by providing a range of financial advice and support services while assisting them with a range of issues such as applying for welfare benefits, debt management, budgeting, accessing mainstream financial services, savings (including Credit Unions), increasing financial capability and awareness.
You should ideally have a demonstrable experience of working in the advice sector providing budgeting and money advice to individuals and have a good sound knowledge of maximising rental income in the social housing sector.
