Ongoing & New Developments
The Association works in partnership with both Angus and Dundee City Councils, to target areas where housing is at a premium. We are building predominantly in South Angus (the most pressured area in Angus) and are heavily involved in the regeneration of the Whitfield estate in Dundee
At the beginning of 2010 the Association had five sites, with new affordable homes for both rent and shared equity being built. These are situated at:-
The Association has several other sites both in Angus and Dundee. The current economic climate has unfortunately meant that work has been suspended indefinitely until we know when funds are likely to be available again.
