Applying for a House with us
Angus HA accepts applications from anyone aged 16 and over. The association aims to provide well managed and maintained affordable rented housing and to allocate the properties to people who have genuine unmet housing need.
Your housing need is determined by a ‘Group & Points’ system as this provides a fair way to assess the degree of individual needs of applicants.
The location of our properties extends throughout the county of Angus and the City of Dundee. The association properties range in size from single, 1 apartment bed sits to large 5 apartment 8 person houses. The type of property varies from flats to 1 and 2 bedroom storey cottage type dwellings depending on the area.
Sheltered housing is also available in Arbroath. To qualify for this type of accommodation you must have reached pensionable age.
If you think we can help you with your housing needs you need to complete an application form.
We have provided the contents of our Application Pack below for your use. To download the documents click on the link. Alternatively, you can right click on the link then select ‘save as target’ to save the document to your computer.
Alternatively, you could contact the office for more information or to request an application pack to be sent out to you. The phone number to contact the office is 01241-879537 or you can send an e-mail, or complete the online form.
