Direct Debits

We can help making paying your rent easier by setting up a Direct Debit.

The amount you pay is calculated by dividing your annual rent into twelve monthly instalments. These are then collected on the 1st of every month by the Association.
If you are on Housing Benefit the amount you pay will be reduced to reflect the amount of benefit you receive.

Your Direct Debit will automatically be adjusted every April to reflect any increase in your rent so you don’t need to worry about working out your new payments.

You will always be notified of any increase at least 4 weeks in advance when you receive your annual rent increase letter.
