how to Report a Repair

Angus are able to provide an Online Repairs reporting service. Please give us details of the repair needed and we will deal with your request as soon as possible.

What happens after I submit a request online?

During office hours we attend to mail as soon as we receive it. If you are contacting us out with office hours, we will deal with it the next working day.

If it is out with normal office hours and you think that your repair is an EMERGENCY or URGENT please do not use this reporting service but instead call Planned Maintenance Engineering Ltd (PME) on 08459 30 30 31 immediately.

If you smell gas please report the fault to TRANSCO (0800 111 999) immediately and not fill out the form to Angus Housing Association.

Will I have to pay for the Repair?

The Association will normally pay for the repairs to be carried out on your house, but, please be aware that if you report a fault/repair that is not the responsibility of the Associations you will be recharged for the cost of the repair.

How long will my repair take?

This will depend on the type of repair you require. We split our repairs into four categories, Emergency, Urgent, Essential or Routine to determine what our response times are. If you think think that your repair is an Emergency or Urgent please do not use the Online Repair service and contact us by telephone in order that it can be dealt with as quickly as possible.

The table below outlines the the priorities & response time for repairs.
