These Homes – 5000 Lettings Milestone

These Homes – the digital choice based lettings system that Angus Housing Association uses to allocate their properties, celebrates a letting milestone of 5000 properties today since launching in 2021.

These Homes is a collaboration between fourteen other landlords, including ourselves, providing improved access to affordable rented properties across Scotland.

Angus Housing Association went live using the system in April 2022 and are proud to say they have allocated 445 properties to date (with many more under offer).
