You can only apply for Universal Credit online at the GOV.UK website.

If you wish, you can view the ” Universal Credit – How to apply” video opposite. The video will take you step, by step through the claim process.

If you do not have internet access at home and/or think you will need support making a claim, please contact our in-house Financial Inclusion Team who can help you through the process. Your local Job Centre Plus,  Citizens Advice or Welfare Rights Teams can also help you make a claim.
