The Association can arrange for Buildings Insurance for owners on their behalf.
The current costs for Buildings Insurance is £59.38 per annum, this provides a cover of £190,102 for the property. You can increase this amount if desired.
The current premium runs from 01/10/23 to 30/09/24.
