📢 We’re Hiring: Maintenance Officer

Angus Housing Association is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to join our Property Management Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support the management and maintenance of around 500 properties across Angus and Dundee, helping us deliver high-quality homes and services to our tenants.

Role details:

📍 Based in Arbroath (with relocation to Monifieth planned for 2027)

⏰ 35 hours per week

💼 Salary: £41,763 – £46,404 plus Essential User Car Allowance

We’re looking for candidates with:

🔸Strong experience in the construction sector

🔸Site supervision and/or quality control experience

🔸Excellent communication and IT skills

🔸A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
