Rent Level Setting Information

Every year Angus Housing Association review the rent levels set for our properties to allow us to continue to invest in your homes and deliver all our services.  Angus Housing Association strives to provide a continually high standard of service to our tenants in which they are consulted and engaged with on decisions that involve them. This year after careful consideration the Association has decided to consult on a rent increase of 7% this will allow us to continue provide the services we do and deliver our improvement programme .i.e. install new kitchens and bathrooms.
