Meet the Team

Our Tenant Participation Team consists of one full-time Tenant Engagement Team Leader (Lydia Banks) and one full-time Tenant Engagement Assistant (Jacqui Fleming) Our main role is helping to improve the life’s of our tenants and the communities they live in. We also aim to ensure they have a voice and are given the opportunity to influence change.

Encouraging two-way communication between Angus Housing Association and our tenants, ensuring they have voice in decision making processes
Creating opportunities for tenants – to develop new skills, gain experience and meet with other people
Helping to create vibrant and inclusive communities, making them positive places to live.
