To help you understand what to expect when reporting a repair, we have created a Repairs Tenant Journey Leaflet . This simple guide explains each stage of the process, from spotting and reporting a problem through to the repair being completed and providing feedback. It also outlines what you can expect from us, what we may need from you, and how to contact us if you need support. We encourage all tenants to take a few moments to read the leaflet so you know exactly what will happen at every step of your repair journey.
