Doon Place
Angus Housing Association officially opened their new Doon Place development in July 2025.
The new build development transformed the site of the former St Vincent’s Primary School in the East end of Dundee. In it’s place now is a diverse development of twenty-one, high quality and affordable homes. Providing much needed homes to an area in significant housing demand.
