Have Your Say – Join Our Tenant’s Voice Group

At Angus Housing Association, we believe our tenants should be at the heart of everything we do.

Our Tenant’s Voice Group gives you the opportunity to share your views, influence decisions, and help shape the services we provide.

What is the Tenant’s Voice Group?

The group brings tenants together to:

  • Share feedback on our services
  • Help improve how we deliver housing and support
  • Influence decisions that affect homes and communities
  • Work alongside staff to make a positive difference

No experience is needed – just your ideas and your voice.

Why get involved?

Your feedback helps us:

  • Improve services for everyone
  • Make better, more informed decisions
  • Build stronger communities across Angus and Dundee

We’re always looking for tenants who want to take part. Whether you can join meetings, complete surveys, or share your views in other ways, every contribution matters.

Representing Tenant Voices at TPAS Scotland Conference

Our Tenant Participation Team Lead, Lydia Banks, attended the TPAS Scotland Annual Conference 2026 this week, alongside Jacqueline Martin and Bryan Morris from our People’s Voice Group.

For those not aware, TPAS stands for Tenant Participation Advisory Service – a national Scottish organisation that supports both tenants and landlords to work together and improve housing service.
It’s a great opportunity to connect, learn and share ideas with others across Scotland, all with the aim of strengthening tenant participation and ensuring our tenants’ voices continue to shape the services we provide.
By attending events like this, we can continue to learn, improve, and bring back new ideas to strengthen our approach to tenant participation and ensure tenants remain at the heart of everything we do.
