There are a range of ways that you can get involved and have a voice in what we do. You could participate in a survey, take part in a one-off focus group, volunteer at a community event or join our Tenant’s Voice group
Whether you have a quick 10 minutes or a couple of hours, prefer to join in on-line or want to attend in person, its your choice.
There are many benefits to getting involved such as:
We are always keen to hear from our tenants and your opinions matter to us. By giving us your feedback this helps shape the services we deliver.
The Association carries out Tenant Satisfaction Surveys every 3 years.
At Angus Housing Association, we want tenants to help shape the services we provide. Our Tenant’s Voice Group gives you the opportunity to share your views, influence decisions, and help make a positive difference in your community. Whether through meetings, surveys, or feedback opportunities, your voice matters.

Are you working and struggling to commit time or just not sure how you want to get involved, why not consider joining our Register of Interested Tenants. This is an informal group of tenants who want to be involved and participate but maybe only on certain things like repairs or allocations. By joining the Register you decide what topics you would like to be involved in and how much time you can give this is up to you.
The Association will send you information, opportunities and ways to get involved and you decide, you can get involved in everything or just pick and choose, it is up to you. If this is something you’re interested in or want to find out more please email the Tenant Participation Team on TP@aha.org.uk or call 07521 776900
Our tenants and communities are important to us and we try and ensure that Angus Housing Association are present in these. We support our communities and are keen to do this at walkabout-in our areas, gala days, fun days. If this is something that you can help with or want to find out more about please contact the Tenant Participation team by emailing tp@aha.org.uk
Estate Walkabouts – new dates for 2026
Estate Walkabouts give tenants the chance to highlight any concerns/areas of improvement with their Housing and Maintenance Officers whilst walking around the area. It’s also a great opportunity to meet with staff, as there has been a recent change in the areas they cover.
To find out where these are just click here – Estate Walkabouts
The Association produces a lot of written and digital information which can include housing related jargon, abbreviations etc.. It is important to us that the information is presented in a way that is easy for tenant’s to understand.
We are keen to hear from any tenants that are interested in reviewing some of our letters and reports in order to help the Association produce more user friendly documents.
NETRALT formed in May 2011. It involves social landlords and their customers working together to promote tenant participation. Our partnership comprises of Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, Castlehill Housing Association, Grampian Housing Association, Hillcrest Homes, Langstane Housing Association, Moray Council and Osprey Housing.
