Rent Consultation – 2026/27

As we near this time of year, it’s important for us to engage in discussions with tenants on the rent levels we are considering for the coming year. We want to ensure that you, our tenants have a voice and your views are taken into account when we make our final rent setting decision.

You will shortly receive a letter in the post with important information about next year’s proposed rent increase and how you can take part in the Rent Consultation process. We encourage all tenants to share their views, either by completing and returning the consultation form included in the mailing, or by submitting feedback online through the links available on our website, Facebook page, or your tenant portal. Your input is vital in helping us shape our plans for the year ahead, and we appreciate you taking the time to get involved.
