Angus Housing Association is pleased to launch its new Strategic Plan 2026-2029, setting out our vision, priorities and ambitions for the next three years. The plan focuses on delivering high-quality, locally focused housing services while continuing to invest in our homes, communities, people and technology. Central to the plan is our commitment to putting customers first, protecting affordability, delivering value for money and ensuring the Association remains financially resilient for the future.
The Strategic Plan outlines a programme of sustainable growth, including the delivery of 192 new affordable homes across Angus and Dundee, investment in digital innovation and data-led decision making, continued support for tenants and communities, and a strong focus on governance, compliance and tenant safety. It provides a clear roadmap for how the Association will respond to future opportunities and challenges while remaining true to our mission and values
