We are pleased to share Annual Performance Report 2025/26 , providing an overview of how Angus Housing Association has performed over the past year and the progress we have made in delivering services for our tenants.

The report highlights our performance across key areas including tenant satisfaction, communication, repairs and maintenance, investment in our homes, tenant participation, financial inclusion and energy advice, neighbourhoods and value for money. It also shows how feedback from tenants continues to help us identify areas for improvement and shape the services we provide.
