It’s a pleasure to present Angus Housing Associations tenth Annual Performance Report 2022-2023.

Another year has passed and it is time again to tell our tenants about how we are doing. Throughout the report you will be able to compare our performance against the Scottish Housing Charter Outcomes and to read about what we achieved in the past year.

Angus Housing Association is responsible for meeting the standards and outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The Association is also required by the Scottish Housing Regulator to report annually to tenants about its performance against these standards.

The report also gives information on some of the Association’s key indicators used to measure performance.
