Angus Housing Association: Annual Performance Highlights 2024/25

We’re proud to share our latest Annual Performance Report, reflecting another year of progress, innovation, and community impact:

🏡 Delivered 20 new homes, with 70 more planned for 2025/26, addressing urgent housing needs in our communities.

🔧 Invested over £4.3 million in repairs and improvements, with a commitment to at least £3 million more over the next two years.

📈 86.8% of tenants satisfied with our overall service (Scottish average: 86.9%).

🌱 Launched new initiatives, including a damp and mould policy, enhanced tenant participation, and expanded financial inclusion support.

💬 Improved communications with a new contact log system, multi-channel engagement, and a growing social media presence (over 3,500 Facebook followers).

👥 Tenant engagement at the heart of our work: monthly Bingo Blether sessions, scrutiny groups, and community events.

💡 Energy efficiency upgrades, including solar PV installations, and all new properties achieving A or B EPC ratings.

💷 Financial Inclusion Team secured nearly £375,000 in unclaimed benefits and grants for tenants, plus £23,000 in energy gains.

95.2% tenant satisfaction with repairs, and 99% compliance with electrical safety checks.

Strong partnerships for employability, training, and community development across Angus and Dundee.
