Go to the Apple app store or Google Play Store and download the Housing Perks mobile app or scan the QR code below and select Angus Housing Association. You’ll also be asked for your tenancy reference which you can find on a recent rent statement or AllPay card.Please note that owner occupiers that pay a factoring charge can also access the online discount app, please call the number below or send email to request reference number.

How it Works
Housing Perks is a digital solution to the cost of living crisis for housing association tenants. Providing discounts, cashback and free items to tenants with a focus on the everyday essentials.
The mobile app is free to use for tenants and gives them access to over 100 national retailers. Tenants typically save £6-£12 per week on their essentials. Over a year those weekly savings all ass up. It’s definitely worth checking the app prior to making any purchases to see if there’s any discounts.
A Housing Association in the West Midlands signed up to the Housing Perks and 1,200 tenants that used the discount app saved over £10,000 in 4 months! The bulk of the savings being on everyday essentials, e.g. groceries, clothing and petrol . Discounts range between 4% – 20%.
The discounts available are not available to the general public and we have negotiated special discounts which are only available to Housing Association tenants. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store, then enter your tenancy reference number to register. The mobile app enables tenants to use their discount while they’re on the go.
