If you are considering applying for a transfer  it is essential to be aware that the Association will carry out a property inspection as part of the process. This inspection is designed to ensure that all homes meet our standards and are free from outstanding repairs or damage.

Should your current property not comply with the Association’s requirements, or if there are unresolved repairs or visible damage, your application for a new house will not proceed. In such cases, the housing application will be suspended until the necessary issues are addressed.   The inspection process will be ongoing and if it has been more than 6 weeks since your last inspection then another one will be carried out prior to any offer of housing being made.

We strongly advise all tenants to maintain their homes in good condition and attend to any required repairs promptly. This will help facilitate a smoother application or exchange process and ensure compliance with the Association’s standards.
