I would like to introduce myself, my name is Lydia Banks and I am your Tenant Engagement Officer.

My role involves working with tenants to improve the housing and communities you live in, whilst ensuring  your voices are heard. My aim is to  work with the Association’s Tenants, staff and board to ensure everyone receives value for money and high customer service.

I joined the Association in August 2020 and prior to joining the Association I  was a Community Learning and Development Worker with Dundee City Council. I enjoy meeting and working with Tenants and the wider community and I am excited to meet tenants and hear their views.
